Delivery Policy

How delivery is decided

Every component on FastElectronics can be carried by more than one vendor. When you place an order, our system checks stock across the vendor network and routes each line item to whichever vendor is nearest and has the item in stock — you never have to pick a vendor yourself.

Delivery tiers

• 24 hours — the nearest in-stock vendor is within about 50km of your delivery address.
• 2–3 days — the nearest in-stock vendor is within about 300km.
• 4–7 days — the nearest in-stock vendor is further away.
• Backorder — if nobody currently has stock, we show the shortest restock lead time from any vendor carrying the part.

The exact tier for each item is shown on its product page's vendor comparison table, and confirmed again at checkout once your address is known.

Shipping fees

Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 or more. Orders below that threshold have a flat ₹49 delivery fee, shown in your cart before checkout.

Multiple vendors, one order

If your cart contains items best fulfilled by different vendors, they still appear as a single order — the delivery estimate shown is based on the slowest item in the order, so you always see a realistic worst case.
