Acceptance of these terms

By browsing FastElectronics or placing an order, you agree to these terms, along with our Delivery Policy and Returns & Replacements policy, which are part of this agreement.

A multi-vendor marketplace

FastElectronics lists inventory from multiple independent vendors. When you place an order, we automatically route each item to whichever listed vendor is nearest to you and has it in stock. Product listings, pricing, and stock levels are set and kept current by the vendor carrying that item; we make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate but don't guarantee it is error-free at every moment.

Orders, pricing, and payment

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds (for prepaid orders) or once placed (for Cash on Delivery).
• We reserve the right to cancel an order — with a full refund where payment was already collected — if an item turns out to be unavailable after ordering, or in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

Delivery timelines are estimates

Delivery windows shown at checkout and on product pages — including 24-hour delivery for eligible items — are estimates based on vendor stock and distance at the time you order, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally happen due to stock availability changing after checkout, logistics or courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. When that happens, our team will contact you in advance with a revised timeline so there are no surprises. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

Returns and replacements

Defective or dead-on-arrival items are covered as described in our Returns & Replacements policy. Given the nature of electronic components, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted once a part has left its anti-static packaging.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact details you provide — we use these to route and deliver your order.

Limitation of liability

FastElectronics and its vendors aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delivery delays, stock changes, or use of a component after delivery (including damage from incorrect wiring or exceeding a part's rated specifications). Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves; the current version always applies. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
